Winning the J.D. Power Award for #1 in Customer
Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in New York, 2 Years in a Row is a feat that
was made possible by our valued customers. But it was also made possible by our
agents, business partners, and - of course - employees.
At NYCM Insurance
we’re proud to be supported by over 850 employees whose passion for their careers make up an inspired team.
Seeking to celebrate this accomplishment as a
team, we hosted a trophy tour across all of our office locations - Edmeston,
Sherburne, Canajoharie and Orchard Park. Our goal was to give every single
employee the chance to hold the trophy that they worked so hard to earn. We
also added an extra element of fun to this opportunity by breaking out a photo
booth for everyone to take photos with the trophy alongside their friends and
co-workers.
In addition to holding the trophy and enjoying
the photo booth, every employee also had the opportunity to build their own
goody bag of J.D. Power + NYCM Insurance swag. Given a branded tote bag, they
were then encouraged to stuff it with NYCM Insurance pens, a brand ambassador
toolkit and probably the most exciting item: a NYCM + J.D. Power zip-up
long-sleeve shirt.
To encourage employees to wear their new
zip-ups, we’ve also changed our internal dress code to allow employees to wear
their J.D. Power zip-up to work. We’re proud of our people and it makes us even
more proud to see them repping the accomplishment that we achieved together.
As we continue to celebrate this
accomplishment until the spring of 2020, we’re excited to keep exploring
opportunities for how we can thank everyone who made this win possible.
