NYCM Insurance received the highest score in New
York in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Auto Insurance Study of customers’ satisfaction
with their auto insurance provider.
We were excited to make the announcement from a press conference with members
of J.D. Power at our Edmeston campus in October 2022. Operating solely in New
York State, we have felt extremely honored to receive this award, which would
not have been possible without our valued customers.
It
is also a testament to our greatest assets: our agents, business partners, and
– of course – employees.
With
over 850 employees across four office locations in Edmeston,
Sherburne, Canajoharie, and Orchard Park, Team NYCM’s genuine care for their customers, careers, and
communities helped to make this award possible.
Because this was truly a team effort, we were proud to celebrate this
achievement as a team across all of our office locations. We wanted to give
each of our employees, whose passion and dedication made the award possible,
the opportunity to hold the trophy.
“I am proud to work for NYCM in the Call Center and I truly appreciated the
chance to have a photo taken with the trophy,” said NYCM Sherburne Branch
employee Holly Andrews. “Winning this award was amazing. I tell everyone about
the J.D. Power accomplishment for our company.”
In addition to coming together as a team for the press conference and to share
the physical trophy, Team NYCM celebrated together by incorporating it into our
day-to-day conversations with customers and agents, and by sporting J.D. Power
branded merchandise.
